HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Email subject: Complaint
In the email body, please include:

  1. the order number or the details of the person who placed the order
  2. the reason for the complaint (e.g., package damaged during transport / wrong product received / incomplete order)
  3. IMPORTANT!
    Be sure to attach clear photos that clearly show any damage or defects.
    If the complaint is related to an error or missing items in the order, specify which products are affected.
    This will greatly speed up the complaint process.

2. Wait to be contacted by our Customer Service, which will review your complaint as quickly as possible and guide you step by step on what to do next.
