Maintenance:

Time for spring cleaning? All you need is a washing machine!

Maintenance of QUEST® fencing slats is trivial - if you wish, you can do it in three ways:

with a pressure washer
with a garden hose
with a damp cloth

...without any cleaning agents, i.e. economically, ecologically and expressly!

Installation:

3 steps to an even more beautiful fence!

Step1: Measure the length of the fence panel with a folding rule, making sure that all fence panels are the same length.
Step2: Prepare the first strip - cut the appropriate length with scissors or a knife and increase the length by approx. 1.5 %. (Depending on the sawing system, each mesh is normally 3 cm for a panel length of 250 cm).
Step 3: Install the first strip and make sure it looks good. Prepare the next strips and install them in the same way. The fence panels are symmetrical so that all the strips fit perfectly.

The strip is very rigid and no fixing clips are required. Simply turn the end of the strip so that it clamps the wire.

The smooth, slightly ribbed surface of the strip requires no maintenance. Dust deposits can be removed with a pressure washer or with water from a garden hose. The high pressure of the water jet will not damage the strip.

Complementary strips for embossing

Fence panels have a design that favors the installation of moldings - but... What about the middle and top ribs? We have a solution for that too! Especially for your convenience, we have prepared a set of additional, thinner strips that we have developed to perfectly fill narrower spaces in the panel. You can attach them in the same way - just clip them between the bay windows and you're done!

Quest® Lux fence tapes , apply to fence panels , balconies and other structures to provide privacy and as a shield against wind, snow, rain, dust and noise. The tape fits standard fence panels tightly filling them creating an aesthetically pleasing appearance and providing greater privacy.

Fencing tape Quest® Lux, stands out from the competition with a high grammage of 1200 g / sqm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, which in combination with high-quality dedicated PVC compound gives us a product extremely resistant to atmospheric conditions such as wind, snow, rain and UV. The possibility of combining colors and various possibilities of interlocking allow for any arrangement of the fence. The tape is extremely resilient, so no mounting clips are required, perfectly rests on the wire or fence post. Extraordinary resistance to weather conditions and elasticity allows to clean it with a garden hose or pressure washer, your fence even after many years can still be clean and look great.

Mounting

Installation is extremely simple and does not require special skills or tools, all you need are scissors, a tape measure and some good intentions.

The tape can be mounted directly from the roll by threading it through the meshes of the fence panel according to your own arrangement, for example, every 2 or 3 meshes, and cutting it to the desired length.

However, due to the weight of the product which provides such amazing properties, we recommend mounting in pre-prepared sections, which will definitely improve the precision of installation and will be possible literally by anyone.

Measure the length of the span with a yardstick,
Check that all the spans have the same length.
Prepare the first strip - cut off the desired length using scissors or a knife increasing its length by about 1.5%. Depending on the piercing system, which mesh, these are usually 3 cm with a panel length of 250 cm.
Mount the first strip and check that it fits perfectly in length.
Prepare the next strips and install like the first one , fence panels are symmetrical so don't worry, they will all fit perfectly.
The strip has enough rigidity and does not require mounting clips, just turn the end of the strip so that it clasps the wire.
The tape is smooth with a slight ribbing and highly resistant to staining so that it requires no maintenance. However, if it gets dusty over the years then using a garden hose or pressure washer you can refresh it , don't worry high water pressure won't harm it.
