Thoughtful Production

An ecological approach to business is close to our hearts, which is why we understand the importance of thoughtful production. Our strategy is based on maximizing the use of all components and reducing waste while maintaining the highest product quality.

Circular Economy (GOZ)
We close the loop and reuse instead of discard. By doing so, we optimize resources and reduce the demand for new raw materials, thereby protecting our environment on many levels.

We ensure that our products are of the highest quality - their durability means there is no need to replace them after a short time. We plan our production scale in line with market needs, and our many years of industry experience allow us to do this effectively.

We want our machinery to serve us for as long as possible, so we do not hesitate to invest in new solutions that can promote even more sustainable production. We do not rest on our laurels because we know the world is changing, and being eco-friendly is a daily challenge. We approach it responsibly.

The 8R Principle
The 8R principle complements and extends the Circular Economy (GOZ) for us:

1. Refuse: we avoid using products and materials that could generate unnecessary waste, and we strive to eliminate production processes that are harmful to the environment. 
2. Rethink: our concern for ecology begins at the product design stage - we create products that are durable and of the highest quality. Every stage of production is carefully considered - from the selection of raw materials to distribution.
3. Reduce: continuous optimization of production processes and the use of modern technologies allow us to minimize the amount of waste.
4. Reuse: we reuse cartons, using them, for example, as filling and protection for shipments.
5. Repair: we invest in machine maintenance to extend their lifespan; we also teach our customers how to care for products to make them last even longer.
6. Refurbish: we renew and modernize at many stages - both in design and production; we also demonstrate how to easily refurbish damaged surfaces, such as stair edges or walls.
7. Recycle: we process waste into raw materials that we then reuse. This is a source of pride for us, and we are delighted to see that we are not wasting resources.
8. Recover: we recover energy from renewable sources by using photovoltaic panels.
