ASSEMBLY - Instructions
- Installation should be carried out at room temperature. At low temperatures, heat the profiles with warm air or water before installation.
- Clean and level the surface and sides of the stairs.
- Fitting the wall-side profiles - P1, P2
- Installation of the system-side wall end strip LP, if the step is so long that the angles P1 and P2 do not touch.
- Installing the cladding on the risers
- Fitting the stair nosing - applies to RD, PMW
- Installing the cladding on the treads
- Installing the stair nosing - applies to RDP
- Installation of the outer systems Z1, Z2
- Installation of the wall-side corner strip LZ if the step is so long that the angles Z1 and Z2 do not touch.
Notes:
- Cut the profile to the exact length using a QUEST® knife or scissors (see product)
- Apply adhesive according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions or use QUEST® adhesive tape (see product).
- Cover the elements Z1, Z2, P1, P2, LP and LZ completely with adhesive.
- Stair nosings PMW, RD, RGP - cover the entire upper surface of the stair nosing with adhesive (do not stick the vertical lip to the step).
- Press firmly onto the step and allow the adhesive to dry.
- When using QUEST® adhesive tape, the steps can be used again after 3 hours.
