Quest® Stair System— is a patented set of PVC profiles that includes everything you need to completely finish various types of stairs. Includes stair nosings and side angle profiles - each element of the system matches the others in color and dimensions.
The set includes 5 elements for one step (4 side finishing elements + stair profile).
To choose a stair system:
- Step 1 - select degree system -one or both sides open or closed on both sides.
- Step 2 - choose the type of stair profile- click "size" - to set its height and width. Each model is 150 cm long.
- Step 3 - choose a color- from one of 5 options.

Match to your stairs:
Depending on whether you want to arrangeclosed, open or mixed stairs, you can choose the appropriate set of Quest stair system elements. First, define the step system and select it from the list.
After selecting the type of stairs, simply select the appropriate size of the stair profile and choose one of the available colors.
The components of the QUEST stair system set are:
- Side elements: Z1, Z2– profiles intended for finishing the external sides of steps, ideal for open stairs, emphasizing their modern appearance.For stairs open on one or both sides.
- Side elements: P1, P2– solutions dedicated to stairs closed on one or both sides,enabling aesthetic masking and protection of the side edges of steps.
- Stair profiles: 730-PMW (48x42mm, inserted into the carpet) 730-RD (40x40mm, inserted into the carpet), 730-RGP (50x42mm, applied to the surface)– mounted on the front part of the step, which protects the most frequently used edge and protects against falls.
Installation of P1 and P2 elements step by step - for stairs closed on one or both sides
Profiles P1 and P2 are installed at the stage of finishing the stairs, after laying the cladding. For their installationNo specialized tools are required - PVC assembly glue and a plastic saw or scissors are enough.
Assembly sequence:
- Preparation.Measure the profile against the step and cut it to the appropriate size using PVC shears, a knife or a saw intended for plastics.
- Profile embedding.Slide the profile onto the wall near the step so that it adheres exactly to the edges and effectively masks expansion and assembly gaps.
- Fixing.Fix the profile using PVC mounting glue, ensuring even adhesion along the entire length of the element.
- Apply the selected stair profile- optionally cut it to the appropriate length.
- Adjustment to the next steps.Proceed in a similar way with the next steps.
Optional:complete the arrangement with finishing strips - LZ angle bar or LP flat bar (not included in the set).
Installation of Z1 and Z2 elements step by step - for stairs open on one or both sides
Z1 and Z2 profiles are installed at the stage of finishing the stairs, after laying the cladding. For their installationNo specialized tools are required - PVC assembly glue and a plastic saw or scissors are enough.

- Apply the selected stair profile- optionally cut it to the appropriate length.
- Preparation.Measure the side profile against the step and cut it to the appropriate size using PVC shears, a knife or a saw intended for plastics.
- Profile embedding.Slide the profile onto the corner of the step so that it adheres exactly to the edge and effectively masks expansion and assembly gaps.
- Fixing.Fix the profile using PVC mounting glue, ensuring even adhesion along the entire length of the element. Place the Z1 profile on the stair nosing, placing it in the mounting notch.
- Adjustment to the next steps.Proceed in a similar way with the next steps.
Optional:complete the arrangement with finishing strips - LZ angle bar or LP flat bar (not included in the set).

Color-matched stair nosings are mounted on the front of the step, effectively protecting the most frequently used edge andthey increase the visual value of stairs, they are a way to maintain safety - they protect against falls.
Depending on your needs, you can choose a model that is applied to the surface or one that has a carpet inserted into it.

• LZ - Angle strips for extending the lines of Z1 and Z2 angle elements on landings and longer sections of stairs– they allow you to maintain a consistent and aesthetic finish of the entire structure. Designed for open or one-sided open stairs with landings.
