How to install the PVC protective strip?
- Installation should be done at room temperature, not less than 16 ° C.
- The skirting board should lie before installation for about 1-2 hours in the room where it will be installed. The same temperature of the substrate and the skirting board will allow you to take maximum advantage of the properties of the adhesive tape.
- Before installation, clean, degrease and dry the adhesive surface.
- Remove the protective layer of glue.
- Apply and press in the required place on the entire surface.
- In the corners, the molding should be trimmed.
Important information:
- Installation should be done carefully the first time, because peeling off and gluing again may result in poorer durability of the adhesive tape. Moist wall or floor surface significantly deteriorate the strength of the installation.
- To apply our products, the surface should be smooth and well cleaned (degreased). If the surface is uneven, porous, with a lambskin texture, you should additionally use mounting and contact adhesive for PVC.
