Installation instructions for skirting boards:
- Installationshould be carried out at a room temperature of at least 16°C.
- The skirting board should be left to rest in the room in which it is to be installed for approx. 1-2 hours before installation. The same temperature of the substrate and the skirting board optimizes the properties of the adhesive tape.
- Clean, degrease and dry the adhesive surface before installation.
- Remove theprotective layer of adhesive.
- Apply to the desiredarea over the entire surface and press down.
- The skirting boardshould be trimmed at the corners.
Important information:
- Installation must be carried out carefully the first time, as peeling and reapplying can lead to poorer durability of the foam tape due to the extremely high adhesive strength. A damp wall or floor surface significantlyimpairs the strength of the installation.
- To apply our products, the surface should be smooth and well cleaned (degreased). For uneven, porous surfaces with a lambskin structure, an additional installation and contact adhesive for PVC should be used.
